Since I met John Baker at the initial walk thru he has kept an eye on the house and called me w/ updates so as to ease my mind after monsoon activity (i.e. No water breach, etc). However, what really brings me to this communication is I had a gardener out to rid any weeds from the yard & treat w/ retardant going forward so no neighbors had to look at our mess or possible seeds invade their yards. I received a call from the gardener that somehow he had broken a panel in the patio slider. Not certain how to handle, I contacted John mainly to get the name of a trusted glass company. He advised me to hold tight while he made a few calls (you can only imagine my angst at this occurring w/ me 8 hrs away). I quickly received a call back with a wonderful surprise, John advising that he spoke w/ the VP at Dorn and between you and the glass company, it would be replaced at no cost to me.
In fact, while delaying this feedback, I recently received another call that asked permission to access the house to set the climate control for the cold weather and take care of any issues that may have occured.
Also, I can not close without also mentioning Rick Johnson, who, while on the site, worked with me via phone & email tirelessly (I'm certain this was not the simplest method by which to handle some issues/questions) and with much patience (this was during my husband's recovery from a massive heart attack). The entire crew has been a godsend through this stressful time.
We are now awaiting my husband's 1st round of chemo to end so AZ insurance kicks in for the new calendar year to start in Prescott and begin his 2nd round in our new surroundings. Obviously, this speaks very highly of Dorn as a humanitarian company (your Facebook posts for military aid and other issues have not gone unnoticed), but your employees as well. I can't wait to start living in my beautiful new DORN home!"
