Over the years Dorn Homes has donated land for a fire station, a Community Food Bank, donated homes for charity, have supported hundreds of worthy charity causes over the years, and in 2016 Dorn provided a wounded Army veteran a brand new home, mortgage-free. Customer Care Representative - Sedona/Cottonwood, AZ

We are looking for someone to act as a liaison to resolve any emerging problems that Dorn homeowners might face. They are the face of Dorn Homes once the homeowner takes possession of their new home. The relationship between the homeowner and the Customer Care Representative can last for two years or more. The best Customer Care Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic and have great communication skills. They have the ability to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Conduct buyer orientation 45 days and 11 month walk-thrus.

  • Address all Customer Care complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Promote good relationships with the homeowners and trade partners with the aptitude for

    being able to work through conflict.

  • Provide good follow up to ensure quick and satisfactory solutions whenever possible.

  • Maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

  • Write and maintain service order requests in the ITK system.

  • Manage and schedule repairs with homeowners and Dorn Homes trade partners.

  • Maintain consistent communication (phone & email) with both homeowners and trade partners.

  • Maintain accurate records.

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Report weekly regarding status of all open service orders.

  • Meet and exceed homeowner’s expectations in such a way that they will enthusiastically refer

    Dorn Homes to their friends and family.
