
At your new home orientation, you will be introduced to your customer care representative. Your representative will be your liaison between you and the Dorn Homes' trade partners whenever it’s necessary to schedule service work on your new home. In addition, Dorn Homes will provide each homeowner with the added security of an extended warranty through the Quality Builders Warranty program that provides additional coverage for years 3 through 10.
Homeowner ITK (Internet Tool Kit) is our online customer service portal that allows our homeowners to make a request for service. It allows you as the homeowner to track the progress of your service requests and see schedule dates. When you close on your home, you will receive an ITK (Internet Tool Kit) login username and password. This will give you access to our online customer service (ITK) portal which can be accessed at www.dornhomes.com in the top right corner of the page. You’ll simply log in and complete the customer service request information on the screen and submit.
At the time of closing, you will receive an enrollment number. With this information you will go to the Quality Builders' website at http://www.mycoverage.qbwc.com/ and enter your enrollment number and street address. From there you will submit any service requests you may have.
